Shipping & Delivery

Your orders are shipped in New Zealand overnight please allow 2-4 business days, not including holidays or weekends, deliveries are by Fastway courier.

If you reside inside Auckland area your order will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE when total amount of the order is $100 and over. If you purchase for less than $100 courier charge $5.75+GST will apply.

If you reside in Bay of Plenty or Waikato, your order will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE when total amount of the order is $200 and over(within 10kg). If you purchase for less than $200 courier charge of $8.95+GST per 15kg will apply.

If you reside in Gisborne, Hawke’s Bay, Manawatu-Wanganui,Northland,Taranaki or Wellington, your order will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE when total amount of the order is $200 and over (within 10kg). If you purchase for less than $200 courier charge of $12.50+GSTper 10kg will apply.

If you reside South island, your order will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE when total amount of the order is $300 and over (within 10kg). If you purchase for less than $300 courier charge of $13.30+GST per 5kg will apply.

Extra$20 large item delivery charge will apply if you order TDP lamp or Massage Table or goods over 10kg. (Except Auckland customer)

Please note that CHOOSING A WRONG DELIVERY ZONE WILL RESULT IN THE ORDER TO BE PUT ON HOLD until the right courier fee is confirmed and accepted by you. This applies to customers who pay by bank payment For credit card orders WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CORRECT THE DELIVERY ZONE AND CHARGE YOU the right courier fee without prior confirmation. We are not liable for any losses or delays if we can't reach you through the phone number or email address you provided when placing the order. So please for prompt delivery ensure that you pick the right delivery zone. If you are not sure about the charges or forgot to include them please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible to avoid delays in delivery. In case of short or incorrect delivery you need to contact us as soon as possible. Any queries regarding delivery of parcels and the contents will not be considered after 14 days from dispatch date.

If the Customer fails to sign or did not request for signature to be obtained on delivery of the Products, the Products shall be left at the delivery address,where courier driver feels it was safe to drop, and be deemed delivered at that point in time. It is the customer's responsibility to give our company delivery instruction (like Signature required or Do not drop at front door etc), our General instructions to the courier drivers is to drop the boxes at the delivery address if no instructions were given by the customer to do otherwise. The property and risk in the Product shall pass to the Customer upon delivery to the Customer's delivery address, and when the courier company confirms that it has been delivered to the right address. Returns and Refund Policy

Incorrect products Delivered

Any faults in any of our products must be reported within 14 days from the date of purchasing the goods. Origin health product Ltd. is not liable for any compensation or refund if the fault in any product is reported after 14 days from the date of purchasing the product.

"Change of mind" returns will not be accepted, Unused products in original packaging may be retuned for exchange within the 14-day period from the purchase date, given that this has been confirmed with Origin health product ltd. The invoice must be retained as a proof of purchase at all times.

If there has been a packing error with your order, we will gladly collect the incorrect products at our expense or offer a refund or replacement of the incorrect goods upon return of product(s) in question. Delivery costs will only be refunded if the product shipped is a result of our error. Please make sure that you include with the products the original packing slip and that it is securely wrapped. Notification must be given to us within 7 working days of delivery.

If unused product in its original packaging is returned after 14 days and before 3 months from the invoice date, 20% restocking fee will apply. Products can only be accepted if they have not been used and are still in their original packaging.

No product can be returned after 1 months from its purchase date (subject to warranty terms). It is your responsibility to contact us with any queries regarding any of our products within 14 days from the purchase date.

Origin health product Ltd. has the right to change its policies relating to the return and refund of products at any time without notice.

GST / Taxes

All prices on the website are in NZ dollar will be plus 15%GST in your tax invoice. Prices may change without prior notice.

Typographical Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. Origin health product Ltd. has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit or solve the problem in the way most suitable for you and our company

Payments

PAYMENTS BY BANK PAYMENT

We need to receive the payment for the order before it can be dispatched. When making a bank payment it is important that you use the order number as reference. Email us or call us with full information about the payment that you made will be good. Due to the large number of transactions into our account it gets difficult sometimes to allocate payments to the right customer, resulting in delays in delivery or your account reconciliation, please ensure that you supply us with the following information immediately after making the payment: company name, delivery address with post code, telephone number and contact person, etc. This information will assist us in processing your order & shipment promptly.

Normally your bank payments and deposits will show on our account overnight. However it can take longer depending on your bank's processing times.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

If you would like your order to be dispatched immediately (subject to our working hours), please choose Credit Card payment option.

Privacy & Security

We do not pass on any of customers' information to anyone else; we keep our customers personal details confidential and use them only for the purpose we got them for. We do not sell, or share customers' personal details with other businesses or vendors. According to the Privacy Act 1993 you may check and correct the accuracy of personal details at any time.

From time to time we may send you product information (including special offers) in the mail or by e-mail. If you wish to remove your name from our mailing list please ask us to do so.
